THREE ROUTES
Three ways to get your wedding stationery. Only one without compromise.
DIY templates, a bespoke designer or an online studio: here is what each one really asks of you.
Editable templates
Etsy & co: the template, then all the work.
One template to buy for every design, then your names, date and venue to retype in every file, one by one. The styles come from different shops, and the bill grows with every piece.
Your timeHours of typingBespoke
The designer: beautiful, but slow and uncertain.
A brief, a deposit, then weeks of waiting and rounds of proofs. You only see the result at the end, and every change may cost extra.
Your timeWeeks of waitingmydayset
Your names, and the whole suite is ready.
You enter the bare minimum, once. Every piece is composed instantly, matching the others, and you see everything before you pay. One price, every design.

SIDE BY SIDE
Etsy, bespoke or mydayset? Point by point.
Eight criteria to choose your wedding stationery with your eyes open.
| Criterion | Etsy templates | Bespoke | The easiestmydayset |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you type | Every line of text, in every file | A detailed brief, then corrections | Names, date and venue, just once |
| Turnaround | As long as it takes you to edit everything | Usually several weeks | A few minutes |
| Preview before paying | The sample template, not your version | A proof, often after a deposit | All your pieces, with your words, live |
| Matching suite | Pieced together from shop to shop | Yes, at a bespoke price | Every piece matches, by design |
| Price | Per piece, or per bundle | On quotation | One price for the whole suite |
| Files delivered | Varies from seller to seller | Depends on the designer | 300 DPI JPG + PDF, every format |
| Changes afterwards | Depends on the editor and its access period | Edits often charged | As often as you like, at no extra cost |
| Seating chart and place cards | One name after another, by hand | Often charged per card | Generated from your guest list |
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps. One complete suite.
No software to learn, no account to create, no file to retouch.
- 01
Type your names, date and venue
The bare minimum, entered once. Time and town are only asked for when a design uses them.
- 02
Choose your collection
Each collection carries the whole suite in the same style. Your details appear on every piece, instantly, in every format.
- 03
Download the whole suite
One single payment and everything arrives in a ZIP: one folder per piece and format, each design as a 300 DPI JPG and PDF.
And the seating chart? Paste your guest list, then seat everyone automatically or table by table in a click. The chart lays itself out, every table gets its number and every guest their place card.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Your whole wedding, on the same paper.
From the first save the date to the last place card, every piece shares the same typography, palette and motifs. Depending on the collection:

Welcome sign
The large-format sign that greets guests at the entrance to the venue or ceremony, in A3 or larger, on an easel.

Seating chart
The large sign that guides each guest to their table. Laid out automatically from your list, across several pages if needed.

Table numbers
A number or name for each table, created automatically for every one of your tables so everyone finds their seat.
PRICING
One single price. The whole suite.
In a template shop, every design is a separate purchase: the invitation, then the save the date, the menu, the seating chart, the place cards… The bill climbs fast, and even “all-in-one” bundles usually cost more. Not to mention you still have to personalise everything yourself.
At mydayset, one payment unlocks every piece in your collection, in every format. And personalising stays free: you only pay once everything looks just right.

QUALITY
Print-shop quality. Zero surprises.
Files designed for paper, ready to print at home or at a professional printer, and flawless on screen.
300 DPI
The resolution professional printers work with: crisp letters right down to the finest hairlines of the calligraphy.
JPG + PDF
The PDF at actual size for printing, the JPG for sending by email, WhatsApp or on social media.
Every format
A6, A5, 10 × 15 cm, square, A4, A3… each piece comes in the formats that suit it, and you get them all.
What you see is what you get
The preview uses the same rendering engine as the export: same fonts, same layout, to the millimetre.
No watermark
Clean files, with no logo or branding, ready for the printer.
Neatly organised
One folder per piece and format, clear file names with your names. Your printer will thank you.
Beyond A4, as with an A3 welcome sign, resolution settles around 290 DPI: a browser limit that is invisible on a large format seen from a distance. PDFs have no bleed or crop marks: check your printer’s requirements.
ON TREND
Wedding stationery trends 2027. Already in our collections.
Our collections follow what feels most desirable this season, without the gimmicks. The big themes, for inspiration:
Stripes and awnings
Riviera spirit and Italian terraces: bold stripes and scalloped awnings bring sunshine from the envelope onwards.
Arches and frames
An arch frames your names like a chapel doorway. A soft, very photogenic silhouette.
Monograms
Your intertwined initials, as a crest or in a wreath: the heirloom touch that signs the whole suite.
Bold colours
Cobalt blue, burgundy, butter yellow, olive green: colour is back, in solid blocks or a fine line.
Art deco, black and gold
Radiant suns, gilded lines and tall capitals: the black-tie evening starts with the invitation.
Typographic minimalism
Beautiful type, plenty of white space and nothing extra: elegance that never dates.
Our collections right now
Each collection carries the whole suite, from the save the date to the place cards.

GOOD TO KNOW
Your questions about
wedding stationery.
Short answers to the questions we hear most.
What is mydayset?
An online wedding stationery studio. You enter your names, date and venue, choose a collection, and it designs the whole matching suite: save the date, invitation, RSVP card, menu, seating chart, table numbers, place cards and more, depending on the collection.
How much does a complete wedding stationery suite cost?
On mydayset, one single price, shown before payment, covers the whole suite of the collection you choose: every piece, every format, as JPG and PDF. Personalising and previewing are free; you pay once, when everything looks right. It usually costs less than buying each design separately, or even a bundle, from a template shop.
How is it different from an editable Etsy template?
On Etsy, you usually buy one template per piece, then personalise each file yourself in an online editor. At mydayset, you enter your details once: every piece is composed automatically, all matching, and one single payment covers the lot.
Can I see the result before paying?
Yes. Every piece is shown live with your names, date and venue, in each of its formats. What you see on screen is exactly what you download.
Which files will I receive?
A ZIP with one folder per piece and per format. Each design comes as a high-definition JPG and an actual-size PDF, at 300 DPI up to A4 and around 290 DPI for large formats.
How long does it take?
A few minutes to design the suite. After payment, the download is instant: no production wait, no back-and-forth over proofs.
Can I edit my stationery after buying?
Yes, as often as you need: a typo, a last-minute guest, a table that changes. Edit and download again without paying twice, even from another device via “My orders”.
How do I print my invitations?
At home, print the PDF at 100% on 250 to 350 gsm paper. At a printer, send the actual-size PDF and check whether they need bleed: our files have none. To send digitally, the JPG goes as it is by email or messaging app.
Are the seating chart and place cards included?
Yes, in the collections that offer them. Add your tables, paste your guest list and seat everyone: the seating chart lays itself out, every table gets its number and every guest their place card, all in the same ZIP.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Your draft stays in your browser. At checkout, your email address lets you find your order and edit it later, on any device.
